Accepting the reservation: Let’s see how to accept the reservation
Step 1: In the calendar view click on the particular date.
Step 2: Inside the “Actions” click on the “Accept reservation”.
Cancel the reservation: Now we are going in detail about the reservation to cancel the reservation.
Step 1: In the calendar view click on the particular date.
Step 2: Inside the “Actions” click on the “Cancel reservation”.
Step 3: Enter the “Reason” for cancelling the reservation
Step 4: Select the “Email sending checkbox” for sending the email to the guest
Step 5: After doing all those, click on the “Confirm” button.
NOTE: When you select the “Email checkbox” then only the customer will get the email of the cancellation.
Marking the guest arrival: Now we can give the functionality i.e. marking the reservation as a guest arrival instead of writing it down on the dairy.
Step 1: In the calendar view click on the particular date.
Step 2: Inside the “Actions” click on the “Guest arrival”.
Assigning the reservation to the table: We are creating the reservations or the customer is creating the reservation. Then If we want to assign them to any “Dine In” table then you must and should accept the reservation.
Step 1: In the calendar view click on the particular date.
Step 2: Inside the “Actions” click on the “Assign table”.
Step 3: Select the “Table” you want to assign.
Step 4: Finally click on the “Confirm” button.
By doing that you have assigned the reservation to a table.
